Weddings and Civil Partnerships?

Once you have looked at the wedding package options and sample wedding portfolio photos then the next thing to do is check availability for your date. This can be done easily via the contact page, please remember to specify which year as it is not unusual for popular dates to be be booked more than a year in advance.

If the date is available then the next step is typically to arrange a meeting. An important aspect of selecting your wedding photographer is finding someone you will feel comfortable with and so a face to face meeting is a chance to see if there is some mutual rapport. At this meeting further details can be explored so that a quote for a tailoured package can then be provided. You will already understand the pressure of needing to take the time to find a photographer you like while also needing to make a prompt booking so that someone else doesn't get in first. We don't add to this pressure, there is no heavy sell routine, the meeting and quote is free to local couples and your are under no obligation.

Once happy with the quote then payment of a deposit/booking fee and completion of a simple contract finishes the booking process.
Portrait and Studio Sessions?

Mobile studio equipment allows for studio style lighting and background arrangements to be setup in your own home. Portrait shoots can also be at select outdoor locations.
Buying a fine art print?

View Basket link to complete the checkout process. Postage costs apply.

Note that the preview images shown on this site have been limited in both size and quality to allow fast viewing. Prints are produced from full size originals with maximum quality retained. The final prints do not have any copyright or other text on them, are printed at a professional lab as digital c-type prints and mounted on 2000 micron card.

Fine art print sizes offered are:
- 12 x 8 inches (similar to A4)
- 15 x 10 inches (smaller than A3)
- 18 x 12 inches (similar to A3)
- 24 x 16 inches (similar to A2)
NB For any special requirements such as Giclée prints, alternate sizes etc please get in touch.

Buying prints?
For all prints (except fine art), including events, weddings etc please use the contact form, quoting the image reference numbers (for example they look something like 20100822-7045) with quantity and size required. You will then be sent an invoice with payment details.

All prints are produced at a pro lab as digital c-type prints on high quality archival paper (typically a Fuji or Kodak paper).
Prints are produced in a lustre finish by default. Gloss paper +10%. Metallic paper +40%.

Order higher quantities of re-prints and pay less for each one. Quantities are cumulative for a single order regardless of size, for example if you order a 10x8 and a 12x8 then the order counts for the 2+ column and is costed at £11.00 + £13.00 (and not £12.50 + £15.00).
Postage and packing costs from £4.00 upwards. Free postage when ordering re-print quantities of 10+.

Digital or film?
I prefer a digital RAW format. Digital allows for pictures to be quickly processed in a variety of sizes and formats ranging from quick loading web site images through to full size images for prints. RAW format preserves the maximum possible quality.

Local area is considered to be 25 miles by road and is shown by the approx green area on the map below (red circle indicates 25 miles as the crow flies):

Offers and special promotions?
From time to time certain special offers may be in place. Any such offers and special promotions are as detailed on the offers page.
Payment
Payment is usually taken through PayPal and allows for payment via debit and credit cards. This is secure, fast and free. You do not need to be an existing PayPal account holder to make a payment through PayPal.
For larger transactions cheques are also accepted (but please allow time for cheques to clear).
